As has been posted on L'Avenue - see http://www.avenueviet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1233 - it happens that we accidentally ban genuine members.

It has just happened to one of our most valued members, for which we apologize sincerely. Embarassed

Should it happen again to one of you, write to the indicated e-mails, or to Wildflower's personal e-mail. Or send FleurduJardin an owl on CoS.

We apologize again for the inconvenience, and ask your pardon and understanding in advance if it happens again.

If you find yourself banned, don't fear you've done something wrong. If you had, we'd have warned you.

We're a lot more tolerant than a lot of chat sites. People who insist on fighting get "exiled" to the War Room where they can slug it out while the rest of us can ignore them (or go watch if we're so inclined). If if gets really out of hand, with bad language and profanities, we commit them to The Void (a forum that can only be seen by Admins and Mods). Apart from spammers, we haven't banned anyone yet. At least not knowingly. wink
