The French Google page celebrates the win with a «Bravo les Bleus! » doodle. Can’t copy the doodle from my iPhone. Will try later with my desktop.

BTW, where IS our own Les Bleus ?

Gee Inkling! Celebrating Bastille Day at La Guillotine!! How both macabre and appropriate!!! Eek

Congratulations France won Smile. While I would have loved for England to have won the world cup I am not sure what the English fans would have been like there seems to have been less of a fallout not winning than there was when we got into the semis Smile.

Here I am. I got discouraged with constantly hitting the "Site Disabled" message so I stopped checking. Happy to be back now!!

Did you see Les Bleus (the real ones, not me) with Macron? For once, Macron's smile looked sincere and real. Made him a lot more likeable. Very Happy

Such bad timing that the site was closed when the World Cup competition was on. It was a good competition, wasn't it? Ah well... Can't have everything the way we want them.

I hope Fearless Leader is all right. Sending positive vibes her way. Hearts
