It's not often, as you all know, that I post as LadyDragon, Site Administrator. This is one such case.

The Politix subforum is now accessible only to registered users whose accounts have been validated by an Administrator. Two of the subforums are already Restricted Access venues and of course will remain so, though the reasons for the restrictions are different.

I am thoroughly tired and sick of Australian and other friends of Inkling7 coming in (after having refused to join because they are horrified by what is being posted with such heartlessness about those poor mistreated refugees or migrants) and then sneer at us and our "paranoia" among themselves, without having the guts to come in and defend their point of view.

If they want to register, I will let them in. Freedom of speech and all that. But they are NOT welcome as "guests" and spies or anonymous detractors.

Inkling7 having kept a deafening silence (to quote her own terms) for the past week, it seems her friends have been her eyes and ears, telling her that there has been "remarks" about her. Just as well, I guess, that they couldn't access the Minstrels' Gallery where Inkling has posted a particularly abusive message.

Well, if they want to criticize us, let them come right out and do so, not hide behind the anonymity of "guests" to make fun of us, sneer at us and our "paranoia". Let them show some guts, besides their bleeding hearts (which bleed quite selectively, I must say).

Am I mad? Goddammn right I am. Very Mad
